Open a track in GPS Track Editor (File | Open track...)

Select the track or its part in the Tracks list.

Choose File | Export... in the main menu.

Specify a filename and click OK.

In the Export to NMEA dialog, choose a set of NMEA messages
to be written to the output file.

You can control the set of exported parameters (elevation,
speed, etc.) in the right part of the dialog.

Click OK.

The selected track elements are saved to a new file as NMEA log.

Hints
-
Filtered points are ignored while exporting to NMEA log.

Some parameters (like PDOP or speed) are saved only if
they are present in the original track data.
